About Parva
Our Story
Fabian and Karla began shaping the idea for Parva in 2015 after years of experience in the restaurant industry. The dream started modestly with bakery, coffee, and empanadas, then grew into a fuller Colombian bakery, cafe, restaurant, and catering concept.
Today, Parva welcomes guests who come for fresh bakery items, Colombian coffee, breakfast, arepas, shareable dishes, desserts, and meals for the whole family. Some guests come because the food reminds them of home. Others come because they are discovering Colombian food for the first time. Both are welcome here.
What “Parva” Means
In Colombia, parva refers to the breads and pastries often enjoyed with coffee in the morning or afternoon. The name came from a family brainstorming process, and it captures the feeling the brand wants to share: comfort, conversation, fresh bakery, and familiar flavors around the table.
At Parva, that tradition becomes a full restaurant experience with bakery favorites, Colombian coffee, breakfast plates, shareable dishes, desserts, and catering for the moments that bring people together.
